Android-Based Athlete Talent Identification: Preliminary Study

This study aims to find out how much the coach's knowledge is related talent identification in community environment. research descriptive with a survey method. The data collection technique used closed questionnaire which totaled 12 valid statements reliability value of 0.897. sample this was 40 sports trainers Yogyakarta, who were taken using purposive sampling technique, criteria coaches being elite and having coached athletes. results on high trainer's identify android-based are: "very low" at 5.00%, "low" 22.50%, "enough" 32.50%, "high" high" 7.50%.
